Dark purple core. High ripeness and dark fruit with cassis, blackberry, mild spices, fine oak and tobacco leaf. The palate is dense and ample with concentrated dark fruit flavours, plenty of fine grainy tannin, well balanced proportions and a very long finish, still youthful with a lot more to come but excellent material for ageing.
