Youthful colour here, pale with a slight green hue, medium straw colour. Fresh nose, not very aromatic more on the mineral side. There are some fresh herbs, citrus and lime peel and youthful restrained fruit. There is no indication of oak there, much more of a firm, grippy and steely style. Without oak and youthful crispy fruit, fresh lemon, lime. Quite long finish, with salivating slightly mineral finish. Appetizing and crispy.
