Pale bright straw colour. Intense nose, quite exotic spiciness, slightly balsamic with mint, ripe herbs, citrus and white fleshed fruit. The palate has very good freshness and a juicy acidity, notes of lemon zest and crushed apple with that exotic spiciness all along and rather long finish, plenty of character here.
