Ricci Curbastro – Extra Brut – 2012

Bright straw colour with a green hue, rather fine mousse. The nose is vinous with autolytic notes, butter, some new oak, crushed nuts, citrus and young stone fruit. Really good grip on the palate, ripe and warm, yet with a fresh bite, a young creaminess, nutty and citrus flavours followed by a long ripe finish. Well made in a rich and vinous style.
