Pale straw colour with a green hue and youthful mousse. The nose is roasted with some oak influence it feels, roasted nuts, young fruit, pear, apple, citrus and fresh pineapple. The palate has a nice bite and extract, flavour intense with zesty young fruit, lemongrass and lime notes with a creamy texture and a long warm finish.
