Ricci Curbastro – Museum Release – 2007

Straw colour verging on light golden, fine bubbles. Complex nose in a vinous style with new oak, vanilla, crushed nuts and butter. The palate has good density with a fine creaminess, bright and fresh all along with barely ripe stone fruit, finely integrated oak, mild spiciness and complex hints of autolys like nougat, long, bright and persistent finish. A vinous style with plenty of character, yet nicely restrained and elegant.
