Switzerland,
Valais,
Bright, with a fairly good colour intensity, medium-deep golden I would say. Intense, aromatic, with layers of ripe apricot, leans towards Riesling really in style with that yellow fruitiness and some honeyed notes. It also feels quite like late harvest in style, quite sweet, ripe grapes. Palate, however, is dry, close to bone-dry, with a clean and fresh acidity. Good volume, quite full. Long persistence; it keeps lingering. The finish is more towards that dry firm mineral. Nicely balanced, with that unctuous fruit in the beginning and that dry crisp finish
