Roberto Sarotto – Audace – 2011

Medium deep ruby red colour, slightly orange rim. Pure nose with floral notes, wild berries, tobacco and spice box with discreet oak. The palate is rounded and harmonious, more modern style with ripe tannin, plusher texture, some new wood and attractive wild berry fruit. Long and structured finish, persistent and caressing, good drinkability now, yet with fine potential.
