Rocca di Frassinello – Le Sughere di Frassinello – 2011

Medium deep ruby with a lighter rim. The nose offers some new oak, roasted notes, dry spices and sweet dark fruit. The palate is ripe and intense with sweet fruit - red and dark berries, quite good length but still a bit on the tannic side.
