Bright straw color with finely chiseled bubbles. Pure nose offering crisp citrus, lemongrass, pale stone fruit with some buttery autolytic notes. Bone dry palate with an invigorating acidity, nice creaminess on the mid-palate with zesty citrus and floral notes leading to a long pure finish.
