Medium deep ruby with some age on the rim. Generous nose showing layers of red berries, cassis, cherry and fine oak with some smokiness and tobacco. The palate has a dense medium body with high but balanced tannin, fragrant dark berry fruit with some sage and herb flavours, well integrated oak and long fresh finish, still young with potential for development.
