Bright light golden colour with a green hue. Pure and chalky nose with notes of white fleshed fruit, lime, lemongrass and fresh almond. The palate is pure, crisp and mineral with fine layers of zesty fruit, pear, lemongrass, some floral and herbal notes lead on to a long lingering finish.
