Bright light golden colour with young vivid bubbles. Pure nose offering some autolytic notes of brioche and yeast with fig, plum, citrus and spicy notes of ginger and clove. Good grip and freshness with a slight sweetness dosage-wise, generous and creamy palate with good length.
