Quite intense colour here. Light golden with a green hue, still appearing rather youthful. The nose is pure. Displaying hints of lemon and lime zest with pear, melon and quince. There is also a slight herbaceous. Something green in there, hints of gooseberry and fresh herbs. The palate is quite full. Still a discreet style. No presence of oak ageing. There is a pleasant bitterness or good extract there, like lemon and lime zest. Still some of those green notes of gooseberry and fresh herbs. Hint of almond on the finish. Which is more long than medium, I should say. So quite persistent there. Pure and zesty with very generous fruit.
