Ronco Calino – Brut – 2010

Bright light golden colour with rather small lively bubbles. Ripe and mature nose with some autolytic complexity, brioche, butter and yellow fruit with a floral hint. Rather full palate, some extract/tannin, peach and pear flavour with a fresh backbone, a creamy texture and a rather long finish.
