Bright light golden colour with a green hue and young fine bubbles. Pure aromas of fresh apple, pear, citrus, crushed nuts and some floral chamomile-like notes. Good grip on the palate, medium weight with a dense texture, creamy mousse, a well-kept acidity and classically bone dry with discreet fruit some autolytic notes and a rather long finish.
