Light golden colour with a fine mousse. Pure nose with some maturity, ripe stone fruit, fresh nuts, butter and sweet citrus. The palate is bone dry, extra brut style, despite some rather tropical fruit notes, creamy and lush with good grip and bite followed by a quite long finish. Young and attractive with bold yellow fruit, should still develop in bottle.
