Bright light golden colour with a vivid young mousse. Pure nose revealing fresh citrus, lime, chamomile, pale fruit and fresh almond. Good grip on the palate with both acidity and a vivid mousseux giving lift, fresh pear and apple flavours followed by a rather long finish.
