Bright straw colour with a green hue and young fine bubbles. Pure nose offering fresh fruit like green apple, pear, citrus and crushed almond. Light bodied palate, fresh acidity with a soft creamy mousse, youthful fruit notes, crushed apple, some nutty notes and a medium to long finish.
