Bright medium deep pink colour. Intense and floral nose, autolytic yeast notes, almond and chamomile - slightly manzanilla - like with sweet red berries. The palate is medium bodied, youthful, fresh and positively firm with a good bite. Young creamy, but balanced mousse, fresh acidity and a rather long finish, young but yet with some complexity.
