Rust en Vrede Estate – Donkiesbaai Steen – 2016

Youthful bright golden colour. The nose is youthful and pure with hints of honey, apple, pear and lime. The palate is still young with a good bite and a mouth-watering acidity, pure fruit with notes of pear, fresh almond and lemongrass. Long and intense finish, rather bold overall but no presence of oak.
