Sabar – Olaszrizling Single Vineyard Bács Hegy – 2017

Pale straw colour with a green hue. Youthful and restrained nose, fresh herbs, crushed apple and citrus zest. The palate is light with a high acidity, a gentle bitterness and restrained fruit. Good length and probably potential, just a bit closed right now.
