Bright young straw colour with a copper hue, a vivid young mousse. The nose is pure with a youthful profile revealing hints of ripe citrus, green apple, some of the darker notes from the Pinot varieties like plum, red berries and pain d’épice mingle with the lighter notes. The palate has medium weight, crisp with a ripe acidity, classic dosage level and generous amounts of young fruit flavours leading to a rather long finish.
