San Cristoforo – Pas Dosé – 2011

Light golden colour, youthful mousse. The nose offers ripe fruit, creamy with buttery and nutty notes, yellow fruit and saffron, rather lush and tropical, even if the palate feels younger with a fresh bite, youthful acidity, bone dry sensation with fresh almond, citrus and lime zest, rather long but a bit youthful. Should improve from some more ageing.
