Dark ruby red colour with some maturity on the rim. Generous aromas of ripe dark berries, cherry, pepper, clove and smoke. Very good grip on the palate, bold and structured with plenty of tannin, still a youthful texture but no hard edges, finely tuned oak with gentle vanilla and pepper flavours paired with sweet dark fruit and a long and lingering finish.
