Bright light golden colour. Aromatic and intense with good purity, lime, citrus, fresh herbs and white fleshed fruit. The palate starts out discreetly but has good grip and texture backed up by a fresh acidity, freshly crushed fruit with an herbal spiciness, yet no green flavour, long and persistent finish.
