Sandra Baumann – Pinot Noir Barrique – 2018

Medium deep ruby red colour. A fine perfume of red berries, clove, ginger, mild oak and toast notes. The palate is on the fuller side with a rather tannic backbone, yet stilll in a youthful phase, elegant and digest red fruit, a dry spiciness with clove, and cardamom leading to a long and supple finish.
