Santa Ema – Amplus Premium – 2015

Dense dark purple colour. Modern nose with ripe dark fruit, roasted oak and plenty of spiciness. The palate is full bodied, still youthful and on the tannic side with roasted oak notes, pepper and vanilla, it has a fresh backbone and attractive fruit but it needs some time to soften and for the oak to integrate.
