Santa Ema – Rivalta – 2013

Dark purple core. Modern and pure nose with some roasted oak, vanilla, dark berries, pepper and an herbal spiciness. Dense and weighty palate with a youthful tannic texture, layers of spicy dark fruit and a rather long finish. Just a bit unfinished and tight deserving more time to open.
