Santa Lucia – Dosaggio Zero – 2013

Bright light golden colour with a medium intense mousse. Youthful nose with fresh pear, citrus, lemongrass and some herbal notes. Medium weight on the palate, still youthful and restrained with a fresh acidity, bone dry with a gentle bitterness, citrus notes, restrained fruit and a rather long finish. Still deserving time to develop.
