Medium deep ruby red colour. Pure nose, vibrant and fresh fruit with layers from red raspberry and cherry to darker cassis and plum with mild spices, bitter chocolate, tobacco and fine wood notes. The palate is ample and unctuous remaining classically dry without sweetness, layered with ripe tannin, savoury wild berry flavours, fine spices, balanced alcohol and a very long lingering finish. Stylish with very nice drinkability.
