Medium to deep ruby with a mature rim and high viscosity. Complex and layered nose in a traditional long aged style, some oak and dry spices with dried cherry, jammed plum, chocolate, ginger, clove and pepper. Ample and rounded palate with fine density and weight, rounded extract with powdery tannin, a well-kept freshness, layers of spicy and sweet fruit leading to a long and velvety finish with plenty of spice.
