Pale straw colour with a bright green hue. The nose offers some flinty/mineral notes with pale stone fruit, fresh lemongrass and lime zest. Nice purity on the palate, youthful fruit with a backbone of crisp acidity, fine extract, flinty with a long persistency and a salivating finish.
