Medium deep ruby red colour with a tawny hue. Some maturity on the nose, balsamic notes, dried herbs, red cherry, plum and tobacco. Rather dense palate, still on the tannic side, dried red fruit and herbal flavours with good length, a hint of oak underneath, yet a bit tight needing some further ageing to soften.
