Medium deep golden colour with fine lively bubbles. High ripeness on the nose, tropical notes of pineapple, crème brûlée and some caramel notes. Full palate with a tannic/bitter presence, some roasted/burnt notes and quite hollow structure finish, a bit over ripe it feels.
