Medium deep golden colour with a mature mousseux. Nutty and ripe nose offering sweet plum, apricot, candied citrus and some roasted (perhaps oak) notes. Full-bodied palate, rather mild mousse, plenty of ginger and citrus zest flavours with some gently bitter notes, rounded acidity and a long finish. Grippy and mature.
