Sauska – Furmint – 2020

Pale straw colour with a green hue. Pure nose showing discreet fruit, rather a mineral/flinty nose with fine notes of lemon zest, wild herbs and white fleshed fruit. Very good grip on the palate, fine substance and extract adding freshness, youthful texture with discreet notes of citrus, nori and fresh hazelnut. Long and mouthwatering finish with a saline feeling. Youthful and restrained but good depth.
