Bright medium deep golden colour. Pure and floral nose with candied ginger, lemongrass, herbs and yellow fruit. The palate has a very fine flavour intensity and balance between sugar/acidity, layers of tropical fruit with a fine spiciness and a very long, bright and enjoyable finish. Really digest and complex.
