Medium deep golden colour. Intense nose with fine layers and a certain maturity yet very pure. Ripe yellow fruit, pineapple, caramel, honey, pepper, clove and candied ginger. Excellent palate with both volume, depth and elegance, layered and spicy fruit, a creamy and rounded texture with mild acidity yet a good sensation of freshness underneath, very long and lingering finish. Tremendously good.
