Light golden colour with a green hue. Pure and aromatic, rather Riesling-like with ginger, lemongrass and peach notes, a stony/mineral notion. Very bright and fresh palate with medium to full body, a bright freshness, fine extract and a long salivating finish. Very digest and fresh with good substance and grip.
