Pale straw colour. Pure and flinty nose offering peppery notes, citrus and grape zest with crushed pear and some herbal notes. Ripe and fresh palate with finely spicy fruit, fresh pienapple and some exotict notes with a ripe acidity, unctuous, pure and long finish.
