Young bright straw colour with a light spritz. A fresh nose of wild herbs, chamomile green apple and some mineral notes, still young and restrained but the palate has excellent bite and purity, fresh backbone, a balanced sweetness, zesty citrus notes, and a very long, grippy finish.
