Pale and bright straw colour. The nose shows some stony notes, fresh fruit such as pear, apple, lime and lemongrass with a very bright palate, fairly high sweetness but excellent acidity, intense and lingering with pure fresh fruit, a slight herbal spiciness and a very long, crisp finish.
