Youthful, pale straw colour with young and vivid bubbles. Pure and rather elegant nose displaying pale stone fruit, ripe citrus, fresh butter and some floral notes. Medium weight on the palate, a hint of sweetness and a mellow acidity, soft mousse with generous fruit and a fairly long finish.
