Austria,
Niederosterreich,
Youthful, quite light golden colour, but still with a greenish hue and moderate level of bubbles. The nose is quite aromatic here. Intense with quite tropical fruitiness. Lots of stone fruit here, ripe yellow plum. A slight herbal and peppery spiciness. Palate is quite bold and rounded. With a mellow acidity. It offers a lot of roundness and fruitiness. More than crispiness. You feel there is a quite high ripeness of the fruit here. It is rather dry on the palate, it still balances the opulence and gives it a dry sensation on the finish. Which is quite long and rounded with generous and tropical fruit. Certainly a sparkling wine I think drinks best today in its fair youth. It is already developed and generous in its fruitiness.
