Bright straw colour with a light spritz. Fresh nose of crushed pear and apple with lemon zest, lime, ginger and fresh almond. The palate has good bite, medium weight with a nicely austere backbone, salivating and crisp with zesty notes, young restrained fruit and a ripe, long finish.
