Medium towards deep garnet. Pure nose offering some new oak, ripe dark fruit with gingerbread spice. The palate is still youthful with a slight tannic bite and some oak presence, yet with fine layers of ripe dark fruit and a fresh backbone. Ambitious and well built, just needing some time to soften and integrate.
