Sibaris – Sauvignon Blanc – 2016

Bright and transparent colour. Youthful and discreet nose of fresh herbs, gooseberry, lime and citrus. Nice bite on the palate, light bodied, bone dry and zesty with intense fresh flavours like ripe citrus, white currants and fresh pear. It starts out discreetly but has a long persistency and nice dry bite.
