Italy,
Piedmont,
Quite amber colour with a green rim, it might have some age to it. Certainly very viscous texture, indicating sweetness or alcohol, or both. Quite intense nose here, quite classic vermouth style, with very bitter herbs, some liquorice and anise seed, some dried fruit and honey there as well. It starts out pretty sweet, more of a liquor style I would say with a higher sweetness. I think the bitter herbs are well balanced because they are towards the end of the palate. The finish is more towards that dry and bitter, so a good bite there. A good digestion, with a balanced sweetness and a pretty long finish.
