Completely colourless, transparent here. High viscosity, indicating alcohol or a certain sweetness. The nose is not really aged, there is no influence of oak obviously. It is also quite neutral, with quite warm alcoholic bite with some notes of citrus. Good attack on the palate. It starts out with a good bite, there is some spicy notes there, reminiscent of liquorice, some lemon zest. There is a certain sweetness to this, but not really that sweet as a liquor. It gives you more of an impression of a grape distilled like grappa, with a certain amount of sweetness, with perhaps some anise seed or liquorice tinged kind of spiciness there.
